I usually switch storages within a month but this storage has please me in everyway. The young lady that's usually in the front has been polite, energetic, and has always assisted me with any questions i may have. The place is clean and the location i would say is safe.

I spoke with the facility manager, Whitney, she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The facility was very clean and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend.

I did quite a bit of looking and they had the best prices in town. The location is convenient. Property is in nice shape and clean. Plenty of cameras and light. Sonya has been awesome and made reserving a unit easy. She saved the day for us when everything else with our move was going sideways Sonya and MyStorage was a smooth process. Thank you guys for being a pleasure to do business with.

Extremely helpful. I was able to call and request a 10x15 unit while driving with a load 3 hours away. Nice folks. I would recommend to anyone.

We had 4 units: 3 climate controlled and 1 not. Yes like other reviewers, it is a clean looking secure unit. We had no complaints until we moved into our new home. Our home items were in storage for 8 months and my husband went by a few times to see them. The 3 star comes when we brought our boxes home with a mover. As we opened our boxes we found the packing paper shredded and used to make mouse homes with this cotton material that resembles what comes from a full dryer went. Also mouse dripping in things. Many boxes were like this. Some of our stuff was damaged from their chewing on items such as our formal napkins, clothes and even 2 pairs of my leather boots were chewed in spots. I unrolled our large den rug and as I rolled the last foot I screamed cause I thought it was a mice but a good sized mice bed their gray color. What’s worse I opened my kitchen pantry today to find they are NOW in my house!!! No we did not store food. They obviously use other things for food. This has been a huge hassle along with the cost of some damage. The Storage Unit does nothing for incidents like this. Bummer They say they have no insurance but can not imagine that. We wish this on no one. Hope all have better luck.

This is absolutely the best storage unit on the east side of Springdale. It is secure, clean, and safe storage in a convenient location. The rates are good and staff is friendly. I will be a long time customer! Thank you!

Kassie is friendly and efficient. She keeps this place super clean. I chose this place because she is onsite during the week and also on call, if there were any issues. Best facility in Central Arkansas. Nice to have a cheerful person, face to face, instead of a person offsite that may or may not help you, if you need it. 5 thumbs UP!

I love this storage place

I’ve had my storage here for about 3 years and it’s very clean. I’ve had 3 different sizes and they fit perfectly. Mrs Kassie is so sweet and helpful! It makes renting easier. The best part is the surveillance, I have a camera that seems to point right over my unit. Oh and mine has electricity! It comes in handy with my fan in the summer.

Being my first time to rent a storage unit I was a bit nervous when I called but was put totally at ease when they explained plainly the sizing and prices that were available. About a week later I went in to sign the lease and she went through the process of what was the exact expectations of me as far as payment and etiquette for the rental as well as going over the security that they provide. As for the unit I was provided it was very clean and might I add...no odd odors 😉😄almost had that new car smell. I give them the Chuck Norris two thumbs up!👍👍

Really clean and has a person at storage ready to help

Had a fantastic experience with the Benton location. Very clean, climate controlled units that are easy to get in and out of. The office manager Kassandra is very helpful and sweet and made my experience so easy. Highly recommend using this location and if I ever need storage again, will definitely go back.

My husband got the last of our items out of storage. I am so thankful everything was in tact and not damaged. No pests, no rodents. We were two and a half hours from the unit and never had to worry about it. Thank you, Kassie and staff!

I used MyStorage in Benton for just over a year now. We rented two units, one climate controlled, while we moved and built a new home. The units are well built and clean. No issues whatsoever with rodents or critters. Easy access and secure. Everything we needed. And to top everything off, the customer service was outstanding! (Thank you, Kassie!) I’ve rented with 4 different storage units in my lifetime, and this one has been the best one so far. Highly recommended.

I rented a Uhaul pickup truck for a trip. It was MUCH cheaper than a car & got better gas mileage than my car.

For a year and a half. I have a storage unit and outdoor spot with no problems. They have even lent me a dolly, at no charge.

Excellent staff, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Storage units are clean, secure and facility is well maintained. UHaul trucks, dollies, and towing equipment is available for rent here as well. If you need a hutch installed onto your vehicle the owner if this facility has a business in a different location where he installs hitches onto vehicles.

I don't know where the bad reviews come from but my experience with Russell has been top notch. I was renting a U-Haul truck in the area but it was a busy week and hence I cannot get anything in the area. Not only the owner of the storage scramble to find me a U-Haul truck by reaching out to the UHaul regional office, but he also find someone to drive to Missouri to pick up the truck and bring it to Arkansas. He was super friendly all the way. I also talked with him to get a receipt and he promptly picks up the call and send me a receipt. One of the best experience I've had with any company.

Russell Storage is the only storage facility I will use. The employees are always helpful and most importantly the place is clean. They are the only storage company I refer people to, if my name is on the line, I only refer the best.

I have been using this storage company for 3 years yes there were a couple of things that happened in the beginning with someone trying to break into a few units including mine but I was contacted as soon as it was noticed. They were very helpful and we’re in the process of upgrading the facilities security. Since that day the system has been updated and nothing else has happened and I love Freda the front desk person she is amazing and alway so kind and ready to help anyway she can.. They are a great company

I am the present manager here and upper management has been improving the property and will have a new office, some climate control units, more new units, updated cameras, fencing, stadium lighting and new pavement. Updating takes awhile and makes some areas hard to get around while in process but please be patient, it will be awesome! 👍

I've had storage here for a few years now. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. They have a new security gate with your personal pin number to enter which is very nice. They are always making updates and improvements, so the place is always well maintained. If your rent is going to be late, call and let them know and they will often work something out with you to avoid the late fee. But it's best to call BEFORE the due date because it's computerized billing software. I highly recommend.
